Five zones. One place to look first.
A command center is where you look first instead of holding everything in your head. Every business needs the same five zones, whatever tool you use. Build each one as simply as you can, then mark it built.
Pick your tool
Use what you already open every day.
The best tool is the one you'll actually look at. Pick one and set up all five zones there. You can always move later.
Keep it alive
A command center only works if you visit it.
Two short habits keep it running: a 15-minute check every workday and the 15-minute Sunday Set (from your Starter Set) once a week. Your checkmarks save on this device, and each list resets when you start a new day or week.

Come with your stuff, leave with a home base.
We build the command center together, live, in this order. Fill this in before the call so you spend the hour building instead of deciding. Your answers save on this device only.
Before the call
The build order on the call
- Make the home. One space, page, folder or notebook called Command Center. Everything else lives inside it.
- Week. Put this week's fixed commitments on the calendar, then pick your top 3.
- Inbox. Make one place where new to-dos land, and set up one way to send an email there.
- Clients. Add your clients with four stages: Inquiry, Booked, Active, Wrapped.
- SOPs. Create a "How We Do Things" folder and add your three repeat tasks as empty titles.
- Money. Set a repeating weekly reminder to check your three numbers.
- First run. Do today's 15-minute Home Base check inside it before we hang up.

Optional
Know your type? Here's how it shows up.
Enneagram is totally optional. If you know your type, pick it for a couple of tips on how you’re likely to treat your command center. If it’s not your thing, skip this tab. Your Key Finder result is the main path.
